Certain products and services may not be listed or sold through Shop Street 247.
Prohibited items may include items that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, dangerous or otherwise restricted by our policies.

An item should not be considered purchased until the required checkout and payment process has been successfully completed.
10. Payments
Buyers should complete eligible marketplace purchases through the Shop Street 247 checkout system.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

13. Buyer Protection Fee
A Buyer Protection fee may be charged on eligible purchases.
The applicable fee will be displayed before the buyer completes payment.
The fee helps support marketplace services associated with transactions, which may include payment infrastructure, customer support, fraud prevention and the administration of Buyer Protection.
The amount or method used to calculate the fee may change from time to time.
Any applicable fee will be shown to the buyer before the purchase is confirmed.
14. Reporting a Problem
Buyers should inspect their purchase promptly after delivery.
If there is a problem that may qualify for Buyer Protection, the buyer must report it using the appropriate Shop Street 247 process within the applicable reporting period.
The reporting deadline will be specified in the Buyer Protection Policy or transaction information.
Failure to report an eligible problem within the required period may affect eligibility for Buyer Protection, subject to applicable law.

Where a buyer reports a problem, Shop Street 247 may request information from the buyer and seller.
This may include:
- Photographs
- Tracking information
- Proof of postage
- Messages

- Packaging photographs
- Other relevant evidence
Users agree to cooperate reasonably with the dispute process.
Where Shop Street 247 administers Buyer Protection, we may determine whether the requirements of the Buyer Protection Policy have been satisfied based on the information reasonably available to us.
This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Refunds
Where a buyer qualifies for a refund under the applicable Buyer Protection Policy, transaction terms or law, the refund may be returned using the original payment method or another method supported by our payment provider.
In some circumstances, a buyer may be required to return an item before a refund is processed.
Instructions and applicable deadlines will be provided where a return is required.
17. Delivery
Sellers are responsible for dispatching sold items within the required period.
