What happens to the money?
We want both sides of a transaction to understand what’s happening.
🛒 Buyer purchases
The buyer completes their purchase through Shop Street 247.

💳 Payment processed
Payment is processed using the payment services available through our platform.
↓
📦 Seller sends
The seller prepares and dispatches the item using the agreed delivery method.
↓
✅ Order completed
The buyer receives and checks the item. If everything is OK, the transaction can be completed.
↓
💷 Seller gets paid
The seller’s payment becomes eligible for release in accordance with our payment process and Terms & Conditions.
If an eligible problem is reported, payment may remain pending while the issue is reviewed.
